Terms & Conditions – vvlj Online Gaming Platform

1 Introduction

Welcome to vvlj. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and vvlj ("vvlj," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the vvlj online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and related services available at vvlj.net and any associated mobile interfaces.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any service offered by vvlj, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the vvlj platform.

vvlj operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for licensed online gaming activities in the Philippines. These Terms are intended to comply with applicable Philippine law and regulation, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 and relevant PAGCOR circulars and directives governing online gaming operators.

2 Eligibility

Use of the vvlj platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style online gambling under the PAGCOR regulatory framework in the Philippines. vvlj strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age as part of the account verification process.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities may not register player accounts.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not employed by vvlj, or by any company that supplies games, software, or services to vvlj, nor are you a close family member of any such employee.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from vvlj or any gaming platform under an active self-exclusion agreement.
• You are acting as a principal and not as an agent on behalf of any third party. Playing on another person's behalf is strictly prohibited.

vvlj reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account, including forfeiture of any pending bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on vvlj, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and contact number.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the vvlj platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. vvlj employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, vvlj reserves the right to:

• Permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice;
• Void all pending bets, bonuses, and promotional credits across all accounts;
• Withhold any withdrawal requests pending investigation; and
• Report the matter to relevant regulatory authorities where required.

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information remains accurate and up to date. If any of your details change after registration — including your name, address, contact number, or email — you must notify vvlj promptly via the support channels listed in Section 16 of these Terms.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vvlj account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. vvlj will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify vvlj immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, any suspected breach of security, or any use of your credentials by an unauthorized third party. vvlj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

vvlj recommends that players use a strong, unique password for their account and enable any additional security features offered by the platform, including two-factor authentication where available. Players should access vvlj only through trusted networks and devices, and should log out of their account when using shared or public devices.

5 Deposits & Payments

vvlj accepts deposits through the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven cash-in counters. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.

All funds deposited into your vvlj account must originate from a payment source in your own name. You must not deposit funds using payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits from joint accounts are accepted only where you are a named account holder. vvlj may request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

vvlj does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside vvlj's control. Deposits are generally credited to your vvlj account in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and within one (1) to three (3) business hours for bank transfers and over-the-counter payments.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available real-money balances subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC documentation submitted and approved) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practice. Where this is not possible, vvlj may request additional verification before processing via an alternative method.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to five (5) business days. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before the bonus-derived portion of your balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• vvlj reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 per transaction or ₱100,000 per calendar month.

vvlj reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the withdrawal is subject to an ongoing investigation. In such cases, vvlj will notify the player within a reasonable timeframe of the reason for the delay, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

vvlj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all vvlj promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed account verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is displayed on each promotion's dedicated page.
• Bonuses have a standard validity period of fourteen (14) days from the date of crediting, unless the promotion states a different validity window. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds will be forfeited at the end of the validity period.
• vvlj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where practicable.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of their applicable wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on the vvlj platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's in-game rules and any other vvlj communication, the in-game rules will prevail.

vvlj uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in licensed studios under controlled conditions and are subject to the same fairness standards. Game results are final once a round is completed and settled. vvlj does not alter, reverse, or amend settled results except in cases of a confirmed technical malfunction.

In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted connection, or system error during a game round, vvlj will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter in the player's favor where the outcome cannot be determined with certainty. Where a game round was not fully completed due to a technical fault, any stakes wagered in the affected round will be refunded to the player's account balance. vvlj's decision in relation to technical malfunction disputes is final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vvlj platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in any way;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained through known exploits are void and must be returned;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of crime;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward vvlj staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of the disputed amount from existing balances.

vvlj reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions against players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances and bonuses, recovery of amounts paid in error, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

10 Responsible Gaming

vvlj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognize that while the vast majority of players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors. vvlj takes this seriously and has implemented a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools available to all registered players.

The following responsible gaming tools are available from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions, after which you will be automatically logged out.

• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the vvlj platform — including but not limited to the vvlj brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of vvlj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vvlj platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any vvlj content; use any vvlj branding or trademarks without prior written consent; scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform by automated means; or sub-license any rights granted to you under these Terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vvlj's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vvlj account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vvlj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation, arising from your use of or inability to use the vvlj platform, regardless of whether vvlj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

vvlj does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance, software updates, and third-party infrastructure issues may occasionally result in temporary service unavailability. vvlj will use reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

13 Privacy

vvlj collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vvlj is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your data will not be sold to third parties. It will be used solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and improving the quality of our services.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact vvlj's support team to seek an amicable resolution. vvlj is committed to addressing player complaints in a fair, timely, and transparent manner. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint – [Account Username]."

Where a dispute relates to the regulatory conduct of vvlj as a licensed operator, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory complaint channels.

15 Amendments to These Terms

vvlj reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vvlj will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account. The date of the most recent revision will be updated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the vvlj platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.
